Remove it and see if anything is broken or if it is missing one of the caps that allows access to the bulb. As said in the post above, you'll need to dump the water out and fully dry it

What kind of bulbs for VLAND headlights. I just got these. They seem to be a decent product, but there's no documentation and the seller is clueless. The seller said to try H7, but those are incredibly dim in the projectors. He then said try D2H, but those don't fit in the housing, the fan means the dust cap won't fit. Anyone have any ideas?
